our Rieslings, a grape so versatile that it can produce the whole
spectrum from dry wines to fabulously sweet ones.

Also find listed here our special imports from the Spanish mainland.

We gladly send you our current wine-list. The wine itself can be sent
overseas by the German Parcel Service at very good conditions.

The Riesling Quality dry (Qualitätswein trocken) the lightest and most delicate
in our selection, to be enjoyed anytime in the day, always a fine refreshment.

The Riesling Dry Vintage (Spätlese trocken) and the Riesling Dry of “old vines”
(Auslese trocken) (both “Silver Kammer” Price) are elegant and sophisticated
Rieslings with their lively minerality combined with delicate and crisp acidity.

The refinedly dry Riesling Vintage “Spätlese feinherb” (likewise “Silver Kammer” Price), intense and flavourful, appeals with its harmony,
an aristocratic and charming wine.

The “Gewürztraminer” with its fine dry taste is a strongly spicy wine. A bold
wine with beautifully bewitching flavours.

The noble-sweet Rieslings are:

• the “Riesling Auslese” which means, selected from the harvest. Overripe,
  late harvested grapes, selected cluster by cluster, often fermented
  in the fruity style with residual sweetness.

• the “Riesling berry selection” (Beerenauslese) even topping the “Auslese”,
  the berries are extremely overripe grapes, selected one at a time! A great
  dessert wine with rich fruitiness and delicate acidity.

• the “ Riesling dry berry selection” (Trockenbeerenauslese)

• and “Riesling ice wine” (Eiswein) to be taken quite literally. A rare dessert
  wine, made from overripe grapes that have frozen on the vine! and are being
  pressed while still frozen thus only extracting concentrated grape juice,
  the water still frozen stays in the press. A very concentrated wine given
  its nobility with racy acidity.

Our Sparkling Wines made of Riesling, in the qualities: “Brut” and “Brut Nature” are charming wines that dance gracefully on the palate, with an intense mineral crystal-clear Riesling finish.

From the village distillery: Grappa (Trester) matured in Barrique barrels.

Spanish red wines from own import, still unknown in this country:
• Azimut: fully matured Azimut: full-of age and characterful, from ecological
  cultivation.
• Camerlot: elegant, Barrique matured Crianza, a Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot
  Cuvé, as well as an interesting deep
• Pinot Noir Reserva from Catalunia
