The last vintage has fulfilled what the vegetation in spring and summer had so promised us. The grapes were harvested at a good ripeness, meaning that 'real maturity of grapes' that is owed to their extended maturation time on the vine plant!
Thanks to the winter fermentation and our sensitive care, our young wines have emerged clean and bright, soon to find their way onto the bottle. The fresh and vibrant wines with their mineral, fine character are filling us with enthusiasm, light bodied and with their typical, animating fruity aroma of the Riesling.
