Elaborado siguiendo el método tradicional champenoise de doble fermentación en botella con uvas de viñedos con gran desnivel y suelos de pizarra. Calidad «Riesling Sekt D.O. Mosel« [Riesling Sekt elaborado en detalle, D.O. Mosel].

CATA

En nariz delicados aromas, muy animado, elegante, limpio, con notas de frutas tropicales y cítricas. En boca vivo y refrescante, distinguido y afrutado. Carácter equilibrado y muy elegante. El postgusto con matices minerales y frutas cítricas invita a beber otra copa.

Se aconseja tomar durante toda una comida o como aperitivo. Servir a 7-10 °C.

Weissburgunder neu hellNuestro Weissburgunder (pinot blanc) es un vino con ciertas conexiones con la Borgoña pero con nuestro sello de autenticidad: Origen en el Valle del río Mosel, con sus características pizarras, y una elaboración en barrica de roble alemán de 1000 l.

Su aroma es puro y nítido, fruta amarilla en cantidad! En boca se muestra sedoso, refrescante, transmite alegría... siempre con una chispa de insinuante mineralidad moselana.

El retrogusto es claramente cítrico, floral y con una estructura cremosa.

Un vino que invita a beber una copa tras otra, perfecto compañero de platos ligeros como ensaladas o cualquier producto del ancho mar.

Spätlese trocken PNG ohne JahrgPara mostrar al máximo el carácter propio del terroir del valle del rio Mosel, el vino fermentó de forma espontanea, ¡con las levaduras propias del viñedo! Elaborado en el deposito tradicional de la zona de Mosel: el ´FUDER´ - antigua barrica de roble alemán de 1000 litros.

100% variedad riesling, del elevado nivel de calidad “SPÄTLESE D.O. Mosel” (“vendimia tardía D.O. Mosel”) y rendimiento limitado.

Su origen: Pagos de alta inclinación en el valle de Mosel que obligan a un trabajo manual. El terroir: Viñedos con suelos de pizarra tipo DEVON que proporciona al vino un carácter especial y determinado con delicados aromas minerales.

CATA

En nariz mucha expresión de frutas amarillas y típicamente mineral, muy jovial y elegante. En un primer momento resulta fresquísimo, poseedor de una acidez/frescor realmente muy agradable y llamativa a la vez. El vino invita a tomar una copa tras otra para disfrutarlo al máximo posible. Paso de boca muy agradable, con postgusto largo y elegante recordando las frutas amarillas y mentoladas.

Recomendación: servir con platos de arroz y pescados. Es el perfecto compañero de toda la velada. Servir a 10 - 13° C.

Un vino del nivel de calidad elevado ´Edition alte Reben´ de cepas centenarias, plantadas en el año 1886 por la familia Barzen. Es uno de los viñedos mas antiguos de nuestra planeta: en Alemaniaapenas quedan 10 hectáreas de viñedos plantados en el siglo 19. De este trozo de historia tenemos en el distrito de Reil un pequeño viñedo, plantado por la familia Barzen en 1886 con las vides no injertadas de la variedad riesling.

La elaboración en la bodega se realiza con fermentación espontanea (levaduras autóctonas del mismo viñedo para alcanzar un máximo del carácter especial del terroir de las cepas viejas). El vino ha obtenido una ligera crianza en barricas usadas de roble alemán y francés de 225l. Suave filtrado, embotellado en la Bodega Barzen en Reil - Mosel.

En boca fresco, armónico y sabroso, de alta expresión aromática y realmente ancho en boca. Jugoso, cremoso y muy afrutado. Largo e intenso postgusto que recuerda a las especias (jengibre) con frutas amarillas y rojas.

Spätlese feinherb PNG ohne JahrgEl valle de Mosel nos brinda vinos de buen extracto mineral y llenos de sabores, siendo por tanto un típico ejemplo de la cultura del vino centroeuropeo. Una afinada parada de la fermentación ha dejado a este vino su toque de dulzor natural. Elaborado en deposito tradicional de la Zona Mosel: el ´FUDER´ - antigua barrica de roble alemán de 1000 litros. 100% variedad riesling, del elevado nivel de calidad “SPÄTLESE D.O. Mosel” (“vendimia tardía D.O. Mosel”) y rendimiento limitado.Su origen: Pagos de alta inclinación en el valle de Mosel que obligan a un trabajo exclusivamente manual. El terroir: viñedos con suelos de pizarra tipo DEVON. Proporciona al vino un carácter especial y determinado, con delicados aromas minerales.

CATA

En nariz es explosivo, con mucha expresión varietal y frescos recuerdos a limas y flor de almendro.Buena entrada, de carácter envolvente con amplia variación frutal, mineral, animando mucho el recorrido en boca. Con un punto de dulzura muy agradable y placentera. Muy buen paso por boca con postgusto largo y elegante recordando a frutas amarillas y mentoladas.

Se recomienda servir con platos condimentados con especias, escalibada, ensaladas, pescados y acompañando la cocina japonesa/asiática. Servir a 9 - 13°.

Goldkugel 2017 kleiner rand pngEs un vino que destaca por la extraordinaria calidad de la uva y su exclusiva elaboración en globos de cristal ´GOLDKUGEL´ (´esfera de oro´). La fermentación del mosto natural en globos de cristal es una forma de elaboración del vino que nunca se ha utilizado en Weinhaus Barzen. Se ha creado un vino muy especial pues, en sus 5 meses de fermentación y reposo en el mismo cristal, en la fresca oscuridad de la cava y sin ningún tipo de tratamiento -¡tan siquiera tocar los depósitos!- se ha obtenido un delicado dulzor natural que lo eleva a los altares más definidos de la riesling. Tras un suave filtrado el vino se embotelló en abril de 2012, así de un cristal ha pasado al otro para poder vivir muchos años en el mismo material que se fraguó. El vino fue producido en cantidad muy limitada.

CATA

Se recomienda decantar. En nariz gran variedad de frutas maduras, con especial atención a las frutas amarillas y un sugestivo toque mineral. La entrada en boca resulta explosiva, con mucha representación varietal y frescos recuerdos a limas y flor de almendra. En su recorrido se muestra delicado por su ligero dulzor (afrutamiento), siempre acompañado de una mineralidad envolvente. El vino se abre más y más, muestra su carácter cremoso y armónico con el paso del tiempo en copa... Recorrido en boca muy placentero, de carácter ´Kugel´ (esférico) que hace rodar el vino hacia un postgusto casi sin limite!

Se recomienda para acompañar platos condimentados con especias, escalibada, ensaladas, pescados y/o acompañando la cocina japonesa/asiática. Servir a 9 - 13°C.

Así se concentra la fruta de las cepas viejas para lograr un vino muy particular. 100 % variedad Riesling, de nivel de calidad elevado “AUSLESE D.O. Mosel” (“vendimia seleccionada D.O. Mosel”)

Su origen: El pago ´Burger Wendelstück´, plantado al año 1886 por la familia Barzen, con una antigüedad de más de 100 años, prefiloxéricas, en el valle del río Mosel. El terroir: cepas viejas que proporcionan el intenso sabor de su origen otorgando al vino un carácter muy elegante. Implican un rendimiento muy limitado y unas uvas especialmente bien maduradas para crear vino con capacidad de una larga crianza y mucha complejidad.

CATA

En nariz mucha fruta madura, matices minerales y flores blancas. En boca es la pura ´fruta prohibida´, rebosando matices minerales marcados por una acidez espectacular (¡casi con carácter ´Eiswein´!) de la pizarra azul y roja del pago ´Burger Wendelstück´. Complejo postgusto muy mineral, y un cítrico que no acaba nunca. Le queda una vida larguísima en botella, con tan sólo 7,28 % de alcohol.

Muy adecuado para acompañar postres, foie-gras y quesos azules o, simplemente para ser en si mismo el postre. Servir a 9 - 12°C.

BaerenausleseVino de postre, gran especialidad del valle del río Mosel, Alemania. Riesling con distinción de calidad muy elevada “BEERENAUSLESE D.O. MOSEL” ´Edition alte Reben´ (“selección de uvas sobremaduras D.O. Mosel”) de cepas centenarias, plantado al año 1886 por la familia Barzen. Los BEERENAUSLESE se elaboran a partir de una vendimia tardía, seleccionando manualmente las uvas sobremaduras, prácticamente secas en cantidades muy limitadas. Es un vino un tanto insólito que sólo se produce en cosechas muy buenas.

La elaboración en la bodega se realiza de una forma muy cuidadosa, fermentación en frío con una parada muy prudente de la misma para obtener su dulzura natural y el carácter especial de las cepas viejas.

CATA

Color brillante dorado. En nariz denso y vivo, con notas a frutas tropicales, flor de almendra y toques minerales. En boca su abanico aromático es amplio y exuberante. Se presenta lleno de matices amielados y es exuberantemente meloso, con una alta concentración de complejos aromas (notas de frutos exóticos y cítricos). El órigen de las ‘cepas viejas’ es un terroir marcado por una alta concentración de pizarra y la gran inclinación del viñedo del valle de Mosel, que le dan un toque especialmente vivo, denso y refrescante por si mismo. De muy largo y untuoso postgusto: de lujo.

Recomendación: Se aconseja con foie-gras, postres dulces cremosos, tarta de chocolate, helado de limón. Su evolución va ser favorable casi sin límite, como mínimo durante 30-40 años en botella Servir fresco a 7 - 10°C.

Eiswein bord pngGran especialidad del valle del río Mosel y la verdadera cultura del vino de hielo en original!

Obtención: Vendímia fria: Se dejan helar los racimos en la misma vid a temperaturas entre –6º y –8ºC, posteriormente se cosechan manualmente con sumo cuidado. La elaboración en la bodega supone una vinificación especial. Se prensa las uvas cuando todavía están heladas y se obtiene un concentrado excepcional. Se realiza a una fermentación prudente y cuidadosa en depositos pequeños para obtener así el carácter único del EISWEIN.

ORÍGEN

La región del valle Mosel, con suelos de pizarra de gran desnivel.

CATA

Color amarillo pálido con reflejos dorados. En nariz delicado con aromas concentrados de carácter muy vivo y limpio. Complejo, floral, refrescante. En boca fluye como un denso río cristalino, intenso juego de una acidez vibrante que desemboca en un largo y riquísimo final lleno de elegantes matices minerales y cítricos.

Recomendación: Se aconseja como postre o aperitivo. Por sus extraordinarias cualidades recomendamos su degustación sin acompañamiento alguno. Su evolución predispone al envejecimiento en botella casi sin limite, como minimo durante 30-40 años. Servir fresco a 7 - 10°C.
